Programming Committee Volunteers work together to source the best talent available to fill the programming events schedule.

Sponsorship Committee members work together to actively recruit, retain, and engage Sponsors in financially supporting the Center’s mission; secure sustainable funding to support the Center’s growth; and promote and attend events to raise the Center’s visibility in the community.

Events Committee members work together to create engaging events for both members and prospective members. Volunteers are asked to attend events and promote them to others to increase awareness of the center.

Sponsorship Committee members work together to grow membership in the Center. Volunteers are asked to attend prospective member events as well as promote them to others to increase attendance and membership opportunities at these events.

Peer Group Committee members meet monthly to discuss specific items of concern, in confidence, they have in their family businesses. They share ideas and solutions that help them think through possible solutions. Committee members are responsible to lead their peer groups and provide an inclusive atmosphere where all members feel welcomed and respected.
